on the 13th of January, I made the trip to London to go visit the best shop in the world, the Sylvanian Shop in London. It was a special surprise birthday trip organised by my best friend in the entire world "Sylvaniantime' and it was so amazing! 3000 percent worth visiting if you love sylvanian! Which of course I do! The first time I went was in 2012 I believe and it always feels very nostalgic going back. Me and Sylvaniantime went round inspecting every item and making tough decisions whether or not things should enter our baskets! too much choice! The sylvanian displays are absolutely gorgeous! We made such wonderful memories as I don't get to see my best friend very often! so every time is special :) I have to give a MASSIVE thank you! to the sylvanian shop in London for always being so welcoming and friendly! Going there is so amazing and every inch is covered in sylvanian! If you are thinking of going, DO IT!!!
I will treasure this (sylvanian) memory forever, pun intended! Thank you again Sylvanian Families Shop LONDON (Belinda, Rose, Rocky, Taylor) you know who you are :)

the snowy stage
It was a snowy day in Sylvania, the snow had been falling all day and all night and left a thick blanket on the forest floor. The babblebrook store had snow covered window frames and a snow covered door.
Todays first customer was Pearl Babblebrook, shop keeper Rocky's mother
''I have ran out of salt for my biscuits thats why I have come here'' said Pearl Babblebrook. Rocky replied" of course mother how many grams can I get you?"
'30 please dear "said Pearl
*dingeling* went the bell and mother Velvette Slydale and Grandmother Primose Evergreen entered the shop
isn't it cold said grandmother Primrose, I feel a blizzard coming, my knees are aching, grandmother primrose was the sylvanian weather lady
the two ladies went round the shop, picking up their necessities and then said their goodbyes to Rocky Babblebrook, they clutched their shopping baskets tight as they waded their way back through the snow
as Herb went to warn Kenneth, Rocky and the children went to assess the damage
the sylvanians carefully stepped onto the stage it was slippery and unsafe
they decided to wait till the next day to decide....

I know I have been away for quite some time but for now I am back. It is on this cold rainy autumn evening that I thought back to June to the wonderful sylvanian weekend I attended with my best friend @sylvaniantime. Let me tell you about this amazing day...
first of all this event was hosted by the lovely people from the sylvanian shop! they are such lovely people and have huge sylvanian knowledge so lovely to have a chat with! the event was set in an idyllic location in Whitchurch with a silk mill, streams and ducks bobbing in the water and specially for this day was decorated with sylvanian balloons, flags, banners and even life size mascots walking around everywhere.
Some of you who have been reading my blog for a while know this wasn't my first time attending, but nonetheless this time was no less special! it was a day filled with one of my most favourite hobbies! sylvanians and I got to spend it with my best friend! what more could one want!
in the lounge there were the fantastic sylvanian displays. Always beautifully made and set up! In the shop there were a big Freya and Ralph to greet you. I bought a wonderful little mug and poster (the mugs you can see them in the box next to freya!)
I want to say a huge thank you to everyone at the shop, Rocky, Belinda,Rose, Taylor and everyone else!
It was a fantastic day!
Thank you for reading I hope to be back soon but until then,
see you soon!
